Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Comfeva is a trading name of Comfeva LTD. These terms set out the basis on which we sell to you through comfevafootwear.com, and they apply to everyone who uses the site — whether you're browsing, buying or leaving a review.
Placing an order means you accept them. They work alongside our Privacy Policy, Delivery Information and Returns Policy, which together form the agreement between us.
We may revise these terms where there's reasonable cause. The live version always sits on this page with the date above, and revisions never apply backwards to orders we've already accepted.

2. Who we sell to
You need to be 18 or over to order, or to have a parent or guardian's permission.
No account is needed. Guest checkout works fine. If you set one up, keeping the password safe is your responsibility, as is anything done through it.
The details you give us — billing, delivery, contact — need to be accurate, or we can't complete the order or reach you if something needs sorting.
3. Our products
We sell comfort footwear designed for people who spend long hours on their feet.
Our products are not medical devices. They aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a diagnosed foot condition or a specific clinical need, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional before buying.
We describe features such as arch support, cushioning, toe box width and outsole grip so you can judge whether a pair suits your work and your feet. Those are design characteristics, not clinical claims.
4. Product information and availability
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Some variation is unavoidable: screens render colour differently, lighting affects photography, and materials vary between batches. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Ranges change. We may withdraw a product, revise a description, or limit how many of something one person, household or order can include.
Obvious errors in a price or description don't bind us. Where one affects your order, we'll get in touch and you can either proceed at the corrected price or cancel that item for a full refund.
5. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20%. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Delivery is free, and no import VAT, duties or handling charges are collected on arrival.
The price governing your order is the one displayed when you place it, as confirmed in your order confirmation. Later changes don't affect orders we've already accepted.
Promotions may carry their own conditions — expiry dates, product exclusions, minimum spend — which we'll show where they apply. A promotional price never affects your statutory rights.
6. How an order becomes a contract
Your order is an offer to buy from us. You'll receive an automated acknowledgement confirming it's arrived, which isn't the same as acceptance.
The contract forms when we confirm dispatch.
Before that point we may decline an order — if stock has gone, if a pricing or website error has occurred, if payment can't be authorised, if the delivery details don't work, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, or if the order breaches these terms.
Where we've taken payment and then decline, the full amount comes back to you.
7. Paying
Payment is taken at the point of order, using whichever method you select at checkout.
Our payment providers handle the transaction securely, and we don't store full card details. By submitting payment information, you're confirming you're entitled to use that method.
Orders may go through reasonable verification and fraud checks. A declined or reversed payment may result in cancellation.
8. Getting your order to you
Processing and delivery windows are set out in our Delivery Information, which forms part of these terms. Delivery is free throughout the UK.
The goods are our responsibility until they reach you — risk passes on delivery, not when we hand the parcel to a courier. Anything damaged in transit or lost along the way is ours to resolve, and we open the investigation with the courier rather than sending you to do it.
Delivery estimates are exactly that. Couriers, customs processing, weather and other things beyond our control can push dates out, and we're not liable for those, though we'll chase a stalled parcel on your behalf.
If we can't dispatch within 30 days of your order, we'll contact you, and the choice is yours — wait for a new date or cancel for a full refund.
9. Returns and the comfort guarantee
You have two options if something doesn't work out. They cover different situations.
| Right to cancel | Comfort guarantee | |
|---|---|---|
| When | Shoes are unworn | You've worn them in |
| Window | 45 days from delivery | 45 days from delivery |
| Reason needed | No | Fit or comfort |
| You get | Full refund | Exchange or new pair |
Right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. We extend that voluntarily to 45 days.
No reason is required, and the right applies to sale items and items bought with a discount code on exactly the same terms as full-price ones.
To cancel: email support@comfevafootwear.com with your order number, or use the form in section 11. We reply within 2 working days with the return address. Send the shoes back within 14 days of telling us.
Your refund — the full amount including the standard delivery cost — follows within 14 days of the goods reaching us, or of you showing they were sent.
Condition: shoes should be unworn, with original tags and packaging. Trying them on indoors, as you would in a shop, doesn't affect this. Wear that marks the outsole counts as more than trying on; in that case we may make a proportionate deduction, or you can use the comfort guarantee instead.
Return postage falls to you where you've changed your mind, and to us where the item was faulty, damaged or wrong.
Comfort guarantee
Shoes need time. A pair that feels unfamiliar on day one can fit perfectly by the end of the week — and the reverse happens too.
So you can wear the shoes in over 45 days. If they still don't work, we'll exchange them or send a new pair.
This is something we offer in addition to your statutory rights. Worn shoes aren't eligible for a full refund, but you do get an exchange or a replacement.
We suggest wearing them for at least three to five full days so your foot and the shoe adjust to each other. Send us photographs or a short video showing the problem, and we'll propose a solution within one working day.
The guarantee doesn't cover normal wear after extended use, style preference where nothing is wrong with the fit, or damage from misuse.
Cancelling before dispatch is free — email us with your order number as soon as you can.
Full conditions are in our Returns Policy. Where this summary and that policy differ, the Returns Policy governs.
10. If something's wrong with it
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Where they fall short, you have a 30-day right to reject and receive a full refund. Beyond 30 days you can ask for a repair or replacement; if that route fails or isn't practical, a price reduction or final rejection follows.
These rights run for up to six years from purchase. Any manufacturer's guarantee sits on top of them rather than in place of them.
Email support@comfevafootwear.com with your order number and photographs. Where a claim is upheld, we cover the postage.
11. Cancellation form
Use this only if you're exercising your statutory right to cancel. An email does the same job.

12. Reviews and anything else you send us
What you submit stays yours. Sending us a review, photograph, suggestion or comment grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit and display it for legitimate business purposes.
What you send needs to be your own or shared with permission, based on genuine experience, free of anything unlawful, defamatory or abusive, and free of malicious code or spam.
We may take down content that breaches these terms. We're under no obligation to keep submissions confidential, pay for them or reply to them.
13. What belongs to us
The Comfeva name, branding, logos, site design, product photography, graphics and written content are ours or licensed to us, and protected by copyright and trade mark law.
Personal, non-commercial use of the site is fine. Copying substantial content, republishing it elsewhere, modifying it, selling it, or presenting our branding as your own is not — unless we've agreed to it in writing.
14. Using the site properly
Don't use our site unlawfully or fraudulently, submit false information, impersonate anyone, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or normal operation, send spam, misuse anyone's personal data, or scrape content in ways that infringe our rights.
Where we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been seriously breached, we may restrict or withdraw access. Orders already accepted will still be fulfilled.
15. Site availability
We work to keep the site running, but can't promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical faults, security work and matters outside our control all cause occasional downtime.
None of this affects an order we've already accepted.
16. Other people's sites
We link to and use third-party services for payments, delivery, functionality and analytics. They run independently, under their own terms and privacy policies.
We're not answerable for the content of sites we don't control. Complaints about a third party's products go directly to that party.
17. Your information
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy, in line with UK data protection law.
Cookies keep the site working, remember your preferences and help us understand how it's used. Non-essential cookies are set only where you've consented, and you can withdraw that at any time.
18. Where we stand on liability
Nothing here excludes or limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it. That covers death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and anything else that can't lawfully be excluded.
Where we fail to meet these terms, we're answerable for loss that's a foreseeable consequence of that failure, or of not using reasonable care and skill. Losses that aren't foreseeable fall outside that.
Our total liability on any order is capped at what you paid for it.
We supply for personal and domestic use. Business losses fall outside our responsibility where that exclusion is lawful.
19. Indemnity
So far as the law permits, you agree to cover Comfeva LTD and its officers, staff, agents and service providers against reasonable claims and legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of the law, or your infringement of someone else's rights.
20. Things outside anyone's control
Severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, customs delays, major technical failures and government action all happen occasionally.
Where one materially affects an order we've accepted, we'll do what we reasonably can to limit the impact and keep you posted.
Statutory rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unaffected.
21. If you're unhappy
Come to us first — support@comfevafootwear.com. We reply within one working day and try to close complaints out within 14 days.
Where that doesn't resolve matters, you may be able to take it to an alternative dispute resolution provider. We're not currently a member of an ADR scheme, which doesn't affect your right to go to court, or to get free advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk, 0808 223 1133).
22. The usual legal points
An unenforceable provision doesn't take the rest down with it. Not enforcing something immediately doesn't waive the right to enforce it later.
These terms, plus the Privacy Policy, Delivery Information and Returns Policy, are the whole agreement between us.
We may assign our rights and obligations. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship.
23. Governing law
These terms, and any contract formed through our site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, with disputes going before the courts of England and Wales.
Customers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer protection available to you under UK law.
